This ensures our commitment of time, resources, and energy to your brand. Work will not begin without the deposit.
No. All payments made are non-refundable. We commit time, strategy, and creative energy into your project from day one — even before visuals are delivered. Please make sure you’re fully ready before booking.
Yes, payment plans are available for select services.
Typically, we split the total into 2 or 3 milestones. Full payment must be made before final deliverables are sent or sites go live.
Timelines vary depending on the package.
Most brand identity projects take 3–4 weeks.
Website packages take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.
We’ll outline a timeline in your proposal and keep communication clear throughout.
You’ll receive all final, approved brand assets in multiple file formats (AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF) as well as your Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency.
For web, we’ll either launch the site for you or transfer ownership.
